Kat Epple Composer and Flautist

Kat Epple composes and produces film and video soundtracks for National Geographic, PBS NOVA, CNN, Carl Sagan, Turner Broadcasting Systems, CBS's "Guiding Light", ABC's "Another World", NASA, Environmental Protection Agency, Home and Garden Television Network, The Travel Channel, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and The History Channel, among others. She was music director for the feature-length film, "Captiva Island", starring Ernest Bourgnine. For her work in video, she has won eight Emmy Awards for music for television, and ten Addy Awards for music in advertising. She records in her Fort Myers, Florida-based digital recording studio.
