Philip Hazard is an internationally recognized artist working with neon since 1975. Hazard combines neon and argon tubes with mixed media & collage objects, to invent a glowing world of unusual expression in light, image, and form.

He describes his work as "assemblage with neon, a kind of electric Pop folk art".

Philip Hazard also creates commercial projects of unusual signs, architectural lighting, and fine art designs with neon. Hazard has created neon for diverse clients including Bianca Jagger, Wynonna Judd, John Belushi, Meryl Streep, Tom Brokaw, Bloomingdales, and Studio 54.

Hazard believes "neon is a magical light with the power to transform any environment."
